Recently, Jiangsu Guotai Guomian Trading Co., Ltd. (GTIG Guomian) launched the “100-Day English Challenge” training program and held the first monthly review meeting on April 8. All young business staff within three years of joining the company participated in daily check‑ins, achieving a completion rate of over 90% in the first month. Outstanding participants were recognized and delivered English presentations, fostering a strong atmosphere of learning and using English.
